Our Company Corporate Social Responsibility Policy
The Plant and Equipment Valuation WA team is passionate about doing their best for their community and clients. Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy reflects that and ensures we do right by our team as well. We do what we can to support the initiatives put forward by our employees, whether that support is money, time, or active participation.
We recognise that financial support is the bare minimum for many. We always strive to go that extra mile if it means more effective and long-term results. Whenever it is feasible for us to do so, we volunteer our time and continued support for as long as it is needed. We regularly discuss possible new CSR initiatives and review our current efforts to ensure we are doing all that we can in the best way possible.
Some of the CSR initiatives we have been involved in have included:
- Participating in charity runs
- Sponsoring junior sporting teams
- Donating to local and international non-profit organisations
- Volunteering in community projects including food drives and community gardens
Our company values its employees, and we do what we can to support them with their mental and physical health. If for any reason, a member of our team needs time to recover or recharge, we ensure they feel comfortable to do so and even encourage them if need be.
CSR and Our P&E Valuations
Our clients are always given priority at Plant and Equipment Valuation WA. Since the inception of our company, client satisfaction and support were made a top priority. We offer support for our clients regarding their valuation report, throughout the entire process including after the valuation has concluded and the report has been sent. If there are ever any issues concerning a report, our client support team is at the ready to assist.
Our company is completely independent and family-owned. Our valuations are made without any outside influences and are based on objective evidence. This is a guarantee with every report. Trust and integrity are important to us, and we do our very best to build trust between us and our clients. We never want to break any trust that has been established. Our work is always conducted honestly and in line with the regulations of both the Australian Property Institute and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Privacy is taken very seriously. The information gathered during the valuation process is not shared or sold to any third-party. Your details and valuation report are kept confidential as a part of our company policy. Information is only shared with the instructing party and anyone that has confirmed access. Nothing is distributed or shared without direct permission from the instructing party. This is all a part of our policy to do right by our clients and our moral values.
